From CMOS integrated devices to the behavioral design of memristive circuits

With joint efforts of the multidisciplinary team, fundamental information pathways will be extensively studied with respect to their relevance as building blocks for novel, hardware oriented computing. In combination of the cutting-edge technology of memristive devices with an application-specific integrated circuit technology, the goal of this proposal is to turn a new page in CMOS based information technology from devise to system level with respect to biologically motivated aspects.
